pas de grimpe dimanche j'ai dormi comme une pierre puis la psy a voulu marcher le long du rhone, au debut j'avais les jambes toutes molles genre le corps avait pas reçu l'info qu'on etait leve. apres ca allait nickel, bizarre de regarder les arbres d'en bas sans baudrier qui serre les cuisses et sans penser au matos a porter. on s'est pose sur un banc au soleil et je sentais encore la chaleur dans les avant bras quand je les ai poses contre le dossier froid. elle parlait je l'ecoutais vraiment mais mes yeux se fermaient tout seuls, elle dit que c'est un talent de pouvoir s'endormir deux heures apres avoir dormi dix heures mdr

晚饭后绕小区走了三圈，今天没边走边听工友的语音，脚底踩到哪块砖高一点都知道。刚从针车上下来那阵，小腿里面还像有踏板在震，坐车回家也没散掉，走到第二圈才没去想它。背上出了汗，衣服贴着有点烦，不过脚步比刚出门快了。老公叫我顺路拿快递，我说等走完再拿，提个箱子又变成干活了。最后在楼下站了一会儿，风从汗湿的领口进去，凉得我缩了下脖子。回家鞋一脱，脚指头能摊开，舒服得很。原来打算冲个澡就坐下，洗完还想动，干脆把阳台那三盆葱浇了。水壶不重，左右手换着提，今天右腕没怎么闹，我也没试它到底能提多重。

Took the canal way home on the bike and there was a stretch with the wind behind me where I hardly had to pedal. Legs still turning, just none of that pushing through treacle feeling I get on the main road. I sat up a bit and could feel the air drying the sweat under my collar, cold at first then properly nice. Usually I stay hunched over even when there's no traffic to worry about. By the time I got home I was hungry enough to eat while the microwave was still counting down. Back wasn't bothering me for once, either. Put my work trousers in the wash and stood in the kitchen in my socks, enjoying not having anything pressing round my waist.

孙女视频给我看她新剪的头发，问我好不好看，我说比上次好，她就在那边笑，说奶奶你夸人怎么还带上一回。那一下我也笑得停不下来，她小的时候最不肯剪头，哄半天，现在倒自己花钱剪。我本来要跟她抱怨儿子又叫我少买东西，结果光顾着看她，忘记说了。挂了以后还高兴，把她发来的照片放大看了几遍，就是脸一放大，头发又看不全。我想给她发个红包，找半天没找着那个地方，心里又烦起来。这手机该简单的时候不简单，买东西那个按钮倒大得很，气不气人。

Mon petit-fils a demandé quand je lui montrerais les champignons. Je lui en ai suffisamment parlé pour qu'il finisse par poser la question, mais cela m'a tout de même fait plaisir comme si l'idée venait entièrement de lui. J'ai commencé à expliquer ce qu'il fallait mettre aux pieds et emporter, puis Martine m'a arrêté : il demandait quand, pas une liste de matériel. Nous avons ri et il a demandé s'il pouvait prendre un panier aussi grand que le mien. J'étais content pour le reste de la soirée. Je l'imagine déjà marchant beaucoup trop vite et parlant beaucoup trop fort, ce qui me dérangera sans doute sur place. Pour l'instant, même cette idée me plaît.

Fui experimentar uma camisa que estava guardada e consegui fechar todos os botões, até aí vitória, mas sentado já mudou a conversa kkkk. Minha mãe disse que eu tinha comprado apertada desde o começo, pode ser, não vou abrir investigação de camisa. Tirei e coloquei uma mais folgada para lavar o carro, daí fiquei agachando para limpar roda e levantando com a mão na lombar. No fim sentei na garagem com o rádio ligado e a camiseta fresca nas costas porque tinha espirrado água em mim. Bem melhor que ficar fazendo pose no espelho prendendo a barriga. O carro ficou ótimo, o dono ficou cansado.

وجدت فرقاً في جدول المخزون وكتبت ملاحظة أطلب فيها من الزميل إعادة التحقق، ثم توقفت قبل الإرسال. أنا الذي نقلت آخر الأرقام إلى الجدول، ولم أراجع نطاق الجمع بعد إضافة السطر الجديد. رجعت إليه، وكان السطر خارج العملية فعلاً. المسألة انتهت بتعديل صغير، لكنني بقيت أفكر كيف وثقت في خطواتي وبدأت أشك في عمل غيري مباشرة. ليس كل فرق دليلاً على تقصير عند الزبون أو الزميل. سأضيف فحص الصيغ إلى ورقة المراجعة قبل طلب مستندات أخرى، وإلا نضيع وقت الناس بسبب خطأ عندنا. حذفت الرسالة وكتبت أن الخلل في الجدول الذي أعددته. لم أحب كتابة هذه الجملة، لكنها أوضح من عبارة تم تصحيح الفرق.

oma hat erzählt dass sie der nachbarin gesagt hat ich bewerbe mich nochmal bei der polizei. fand ich erst scheiße weil jetzt wieder irgendwelche leute fragen werden ob es geklappt hat. hab ihr auch gesagt sie muss nicht alles weitererzählen. sie meinte nur sie freut sich dass ich nicht gleich aufgebe. na toll jetzt bin ich die die rummeckert wenn sich jemand freut. war trotzdem genervt aber auch bisschen stolz wie sie das gesagt hat als wäre das zweite bewerben schon was ordentliches. bin länger zum essen geblieben als geplant und hab den teller weggeräumt bevor sie gefragt hat. mehr großes gespräch brauchte es nicht

Sortie facile sur la Corniche, sans chercher à finir plus vite. Au début je sentais chaque appui de la cheville droite alors qu'elle ne faisait pas mal, je vérifiais trop. Puis le vent est venu de face et j'ai raccourci la foulée, les épaules basses, le souffle régulier. Vers le retour j'avais chaud dans les cuisses mais pas cette lourdeur qui me fait compter les lampadaires. J'aurais pu ajouter un tour. Pas fait, pour une fois tu gardes quelque chose pour demain ! À la maison la douche sur les mollets était trop bonne et j'avais faim avant même de voir ce que maman avait préparé. Séance notée, rien à réparer, hamdullah.
