Pas de camion aujourd'hui. J'ai marché jusqu'au marché avec le moniteur, puis nous avons pris le chemin du bas pour rentrer. Dans la montée, je sentais bien mes cuisses. Je n'ai pas le même souffle à pied qu'assise à parler pendant une tournée. Il ralentissait sans rien dire, ça m'allait. Nous avons partagé une pêche sur un banc. Le jus collait aux doigts et ma chemise séchait dans le dos. Au retour, j'ai retiré les chaussures dans l'entrée. Les pieds chauds, la hanche tranquille. Une fatigue de marche, assez bonne. Je voulais encore arroser les six rangs, mais je suis restée dix minutes assise avant de reprendre.

a supplier came into the shop looking for the person who'd made the part i was holding and looked past me twice while i was answering him. i was raging by the second time, like would he prefer the machine to introduce me. the boss said she'd made it, ask her, and suddenly the man could hear me perfectly well. delighted the boss said it but annoyed he had to. told the girls later and one said at least he listened in the end, which is true and also not the point. himself understood straight away and offered to come in wearing a dress to see if it confused him more hahaha.

Le gendarme veut réserver une maison en Corse loin de tout, le rêve d'après lui, et moi je regarde la route jusqu'au premier café. On se voit trois soirs par semaine, ça marche très bien, mais deux semaines seuls à contempler la même vue, j'ai des doutes sur le programme. Il pense que je veux une piscine, je m'en fiche de la piscine, je veux pouvoir sortir acheter le pain et croiser autre chose que lui en short. Je cherche un endroit avec un village accessible à pied, puis je lui montrerai les deux photos ensemble. Faut pas que je lui vende des vacances dont je pourrai plus me plaindre une fois sur place !

I walked home from the shop by the longer route because the evening was mild and I had spent most of the afternoon at the machine. At first my head still wanted to lean forward, as though there were a seam to examine on the pavement. After a few blocks I was looking at the houses instead. The right side of my neck remained tight, but my legs felt better for moving. I stopped outside a garden with a bench and noticed I was hungry enough to want supper, not just another coffee. Mum had left the kitchen window open. I could hear the radio before I reached the door, and took my shoes off slowly because my feet had warmed up inside them.

No grupo de oração falaram de uma visita que fizemos e agradeceram a mim, mas quem ficou conversando com o senhor por quase uma hora foi o outro companheiro. Eu carreguei a cesta e arrumei uma cadeira. Gostei de ouvir meu nome, não vou fingir que não, só fiquei sem jeito porque a história saiu parecendo que eu tinha feito tudo. Falei do companheiro, a conversa seguiu, ninguém estava fazendo julgamento. Mesmo assim voltei pensando nisso. Minha mãe dizia para ajudar sem esperar notícia, mas quando a notícia vem é agradável. Não sei se precisava ficar me cobrando por ter gostado um pouco.

Wollte auf der Couch nur eben gucken was mein Freund angemacht hat und bin mitten in seiner Erklärung eingepennt. Mit nassen Haaren vom Duschen und einem Bein noch auf dem Boden. Fiete hat mir die Socke abgeleckt davon bin ich wieder wach geworden. Erst dachte ich es wär morgens und ich müsste los, so schwer waren die Augen. War aber erst kurz nach acht. Mein Freund isst um die Zeit noch Chips und ich kriege das Gähnen nich mehr zu. Hab mich ordentlich hingelegt und ihm die Fernbedienung gegeben. Morgen früh bin ich wieder die Wachere. Dann erklärt mir auch keiner eine Serie mit acht gleich aussehenden Männern.

В подсобке после машины сделал разминку. Сначала плечи поднял и опустил потом медленно шею повернул. Правое плечо тянуло как раньше после борьбы но сегодня отпустило быстро. Когда машина замолчала в ушах ещё стоял её звук. Посидел на стуле без телефона и стало тихо. Потом вышел домой уже светло было. В электричке веки тяжёлые а ноги будто дальше ходить хотят, никак удобно не поставить. Дома дочка спала поперёк раскладушки. Поправил одеяло и лёг сам. Жена закрыла окно потому что со двора шумно. Сразу уснул, даже не помню как она чай поставила. Проснулся от запаха еды и очень голодный.

Die Nachbarin meint bei Dancing Stars sofort zu sehen wer gut ist, ich schau immer erst auf die Füße und verpasse dann die Hälfte oben. Heut hat sie mir eine Aufnahme zweimal gezeigt und beim zweiten Mal hab ich erst gesehen dass der Mann seine Partnerin dauernd anschaut, als müsste sie ihm sagen wo es weitergeht. Die Schritte waren eh richtig, aber sicher hat er nicht ausgeschaut. So was kenn ich von den Jungen auf der Baustelle, nur dass ich dort weniger Glitzer anhab. Jetzt will ich die nächste Sendung sehen und nicht nur nebenbei ratschen. Die Nachbarin glaubt mir das nicht. Verständlich, die kennt mich schon lang.

À la piscine, les premières longueurs m'ont semblé laborieuses, comme si je ne trouvais plus le bon moment pour respirer. Puis le mouvement s'est installé et j'ai cessé de compter autre chose que les virages. J'aime particulièrement le passage où les épaules se réchauffent sans se durcir, où je sens mes bras avancer dans l'eau au lieu de les garder près du corps comme au bureau. En sortant, j'avais les jambes un peu molles et faim, une faim simple qui ne demandait aucune interprétation. Julien avait gardé une assiette pour moi. Je l'ai mangée encore décoiffée par le bonnet, sans chercher mon téléphone, puis j'ai eu froid d'un coup dans mon pull pourtant sec.

Planning the shared harvest supper and immediately began dividing jobs between the six parishes like a military exercise. Beth asked whether anybody had actually said they wanted the same sort of evening. Fair question. One group thinks supper means a hot meal, another has already offered sandwiches, and I suspect a third is mainly hoping to avoid another meeting. I want them together, not simply in one room while I congratulate myself. Will ring a couple of people before drawing up the rota. The difficult question isn't who brings pudding but whether they want to sit somewhere other than their usual table.
