新到的鞋穿去打球，站着试的时候舒服得很，跑起来脚后跟老想往上掉，我就把鞋带勒紧，结果前面又压得慌，搞哪样嘛。打完坐路边重新松开，袜子上一道一道的印，脚趾终于能动了。云南的说你不是懂鞋嘛，懂做皮鞋跟这个不是一回事哈哈哈。回出租屋洗完脚光脚踩地上特别凉快，地刚拖完，我还差点给她踩出印子。鞋现在摆床边，看还是好看的，明天走路穿一下再说，今天这两只脚反正不想再进去了。

The little one in Toronto called me by name on the video, clear as anything, and I made my son turn the phone back so I could hear it again. He laughed and said the child had been practising. I was pleased enough to tell half the market, then the call finished and I felt the distance all over again. A barrel can bring plenty things, but it cannot bring the child into my kitchen. I know they are doing well there. I don't want them worrying that every good thing makes me sad. It doesn't. Most of the evening I was smiling, and now and then I wanted to reach straight through that small screen and pick the baby up.

fui pro forró com a sandália nova da 44 e já aviso que bonita ela é mas minha nossa senhora como aperta na frente, na primeira música achei que ia amaciar e na terceira eu já tava dançando mais pro lado pra poupar o dedinho kkk. o resto do corpo tava querendo festa, ombro solto sem aquele bolsão puxando e vontade de rodar até nas músicas que eu não gosto. sentei um pouco e tirei a tira do pé debaixo da mesa, veio aquele alívio bom e uma marca vermelha bem bonita também. minha amiga falou pra ir embora, eu falei que podia ir ela, ainda não tinha tocado a que eu pedi.

Друг из школы позвал меня встретиться со своими новыми знакомыми, и я заранее решил, что будет обычный разговор про учёбу, где мне нечего добавить. Но они начали спорить, в каком районе лучше жить, и я знал почти все места по доставкам. Рассказал про дворы и длинный обход возле одного дома, все засмеялись, друг сказал, что со мной карта не нужна. Мне стало легко. А потом один спросил, давно ли я приехал, и я опять начал отвечать слишком правильно, будто сдавал устный экзамен. Он ничего плохого не сказал. Я это понимаю, но прежняя лёгкость уже не вернулась сразу.

Tugas kursus desainku meminta pola yang bisa diulang, dan ternyata membuat sambungannya rapi di layar beda sekali dengan mengisi kain. Di kain tanganku tahu kapan harus sedikit merapat, di layar satu jarak yang salah langsung muncul berkali-kali. Aku menonton bagian pelajarannya tiga kali, bukan karena sulit semua, tapi karena baru paham setelah mencoba dan gagal. Sempat terpikir mungkin aku memang lebih cocok pegang canting saja. Lalu lihat hasil teman yang juga masih berantakan, lega sedikit, maaf ya teman. Malam ini aku baru memperbaiki satu sambungan. Yang lain besok, baterai ponsel tinggal sedikit dan kepalaku juga.

Je suis resté un moment au jardin avant d'ouvrir la boutique. En me baissant pour ramasser les feuilles tombées, les genoux étaient raides, alors j'ai pris le petit tabouret et travaillé assis. Les petits riaient de me voir avancer avec le siège d'un endroit à l'autre. Cela allait mieux ainsi. Il faisait encore frais et j'entendais les motos passer sur la nationale sans avoir à parler plus fort que les moteurs. Après, je me suis lavé les mains et j'ai mangé sans me dépêcher. Le corps était tranquille ce matin, pas seulement le chiffre écrit dans le cahier. J'aurais bien gardé cette fraîcheur jusque dans l'après-midi.

À l'escalade, j'ai enfin passé le mouvement où je reste d'habitude pendue à hésiter, mais en serrant les prises beaucoup trop fort. Sur le moment je ne sentais que le pied qui cherchait où se poser; une fois redescendue, mes avant-bras étaient si lourds que j'ai eu du mal à dévisser ma gourde. Ma compagne riait parce que je prétendais encore avoir tout fait en souplesse. Ce matin, ouvrir les petits sachets de vis à l'atelier m'a rappelé la séance, sans grande douleur, juste une maladresse inhabituelle des doigts. J'aime quand mon corps me surprend dans le bon sens, même si le progrès est minuscule et qu'il faut ensuite demander qu'on m'ouvre une bouteille.

Vino una antigua alumna y me contó que ahora enseña ella a unas señoras de su colonia. Qué gusto me dio, sobre todo cuando explicó cómo ayuda a la que llega convencida de no poder aprender. Después me preguntó por una compañera suya y tuve que decirle que había muerto. Nos quedamos calladas un rato, sin saber bien dónde retomar la conversación. No fue una visita triste, pero tampoco quería pasar por encima de aquella noticia. Luego recordamos un ensayo en que se nos rompió una falda y nos reímos. Me gusta que todavía vengan a contarme sus cosas, no solamente a preguntar cómo sigo de las rodillas.

Du plaisir de ne rien porter. Je suis descendu au Vieux-Port sans dossier, sans livre et même sans ce petit sac dans lequel je transporte d'ordinaire de quoi me gâcher une promenade ; au bout d'un quart d'heure, mon épaule cherchait encore sa courroie. Le mistral me prenait de côté, faisait pleurer l'œil gauche et séchait l'autre, traitement d'une remarquable inégalité. En remontant, j'avais chaud sous la chemise et faim d'autre chose que du café avalé debout. J'ai acheté du pain, dont j'ai mangé le talon avant d'atteindre ma rue. Les quatre étages m'ont trouvé moins glorieux ; je suis resté un moment devant la porte, la clé à la main, à reprendre mon souffle sans public.

The brass pipe lamp is nearly done except I can't decide on the base. Every piece I try either looks too small or takes up half the table. Had it sitting on a scrap board while I measured a round one, and my wife said she liked the scrap. Of course she did. The thing I hadn't spent three afternoons considering. Turned it around and there's a mark along one edge but the rest is solid. I can cut that off, only then the shape changes again. Put everything back on the bench before dinner. The light works. All this thinking is about what it stands on, and apparently that can occupy a retired man indefinitely.
